Artwork & Orders

All artwork is created by Megan Walsh. Due to the handmade nature of original paintings and commissions, slight variations may occur.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full before artwork is shipped unless otherwise agreed upon for commissions.

Commissions

Commission orders are custom and made specifically for you. Reference photos must be provided before work begins. Progress updates may be shared, but major changes are not guaranteed once painting has started.

Intellectual Property & Usage

All artwork remains the property of Megan Walsh. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, edited, used for AI training, or used commercially without written permission.

Framing & Handling

Framed and original artwork is carefully packaged for shipment. Megan Walsh Art is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery due to improper handling or installation.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and handmade nature of artwork, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be offered.

Commission pieces are non-refundable once work has begun.

Megan Walsh Art is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times vary depending on location but typically take 3–7 business days within the United States. International orders may take longer depending on customs.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are determined by your local government.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Megan Walsh Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
